The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of paper and paperboard. It was founded in the year 1994 and conducts business from its registered head office located in Sitges, Spain. The company primarily operates a paperboard mill that manufactures converted paperboard products. It is also involved in converting paper or paperboard into products, such as boxes for high speed packaging process, wraparound boxes for self-carrying products, platform boxes, paper containers, bags, packaging paper, and prespressed containers. In addition, the company manufactures paperboard from wood pulp and other fiber pulp. These custom-made products, as well as larger volumes, therefore form an integral part of the company's day-to-day business.
